Engineer vs Manager

Engineer  =  Technical person...

Once upon a time, a man in a hot air balloon realized that he was lost. He reduced altitude and spotted
a woman below. He descended a bit more and shouted.
"Excuse me, can you help me? I promised a friend I would meet him an hour ago, but
I dont know where I am."
...
The woman below replied. "You're in a hot air ballon hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground.
You're between 50 and 51 degrees north latitude and between 114 and 115 degrees west longitude.
"You must be an engineer, "said the ballonist.
"I am." replied the woman. "How did you know?"
"Well, "answered the ballonist, everything you told me is technically correct, but I've no idea what to
make use of your information. The fact is, I'm still lost. Frankly, you've not been much help at all.
If anything, you've delayed my trip."
The woman below responded, "You must be in management."
"I am," replied the balloonist, but how did you know?"
"Well, said the woman, you don't know where you are or where you're going.
You have risen to where you are due to a large quantity of hot air.
You made a promise which you've no idea how to keep, and you expect
people beneath you to solve your problems.
The fact is, you are in exactly the same position you were in before we met,
but now, somehow, you've managed to make it my fault!!!."

Screen putty.exe

Yosh...

Sudah begitu lama aku xgunakn screen putty ni....dlu selalu jer guna...nk masuk database ke server ke....screen tu la yg aku tgk....kaler nyer standard itam/putih......
Dulu slalu jaga server Unix/Linux so slalu la guna putty.exe ni...sehari kalu xguna xsah.....rsa xlengkap idup ini hiihi
Server windows lak jarang skali masuk....kekadang mati kutu xtau tang mna nk pi

Bila dh tukar tmpt keje ni...dh terbalik plak...asyik2 tgk server windows jenjarang dpt server unix/linux
So semalam dapat server Unix...suka giler biler aku dpt tgk screen putty...seyes xtipu....
Rasa mcm jumpa kwn lama yg tpisah...hahaha...
Tp syg, byk command yg aku hampir lupa...dh lma tinggaikn command2 tu....so skang aku nk kasi gilap skit skill Unix/Linux aku....hahah...dh lama sgt berkarat nih...

Sesape xtau screen putty tu camner....kat bawah ni la screen dia....

Migration (IT) di Opis time Ramadhan

Arini 7 ramadhan...makna nya dh posa selama 7 ari....
Skang kul 6.30am...aku still xtdo...keje kat opis dr tgh mlm td...
Dugaan...

Tapi kan ader 1 benda yg plg ketara yg aku perasan...sepanjang migration kat opis...

Dulu time migration (dh byk migration smpai xigt brape kali) ....aku keje tghmlm smpai awal pg camni gak la...
Time tu kat opis ni selang 5min mesti ader bunyi tepon berdering sekali....
SEKALI jer bunyi nyer....dr mlm smpai la pagi tu

Arini.....time yg sama....tp keadaan opis aku...senyap sunyi....tepon xberbunyi pon....
Musykil tul....kannnnnnnnnnnnnnnn......

Hahaha.....dunia...dunia....byk tol dugaan nya....

Situasi office pada 06062011

Arini Isnin.....time cuti sekolah...
Office sgt tenang arini..sunyi....sgt suka...xpressure....xtension...

Mood: Enjoying current environment..

Akhirnye kene standby gak kat opis nih...skang dh kul 8 mlm....pe yg aku leh buat ni.....
Internet access ader akan tetapi...xleh FB..xleh YM....jap nk check leh skype tak mlm ni hehehe

Selalu aku kalu standby aku akan baca online manga...tp kat sni menda tu pon kne block
Nk baca gossip hiburan pon kne block....nk baca pasal sukan pon kne block...
So pe yg tinggal utk aku baca...bahan ilmiah kalu baca byk2 leh ngantok...

Seb baek dlm laptop aku ni byk muvi & drama....hahahha
Malam ni berjaga smpai 4am pastu tdo jap & bergerak ke Genting utk berhibur...heheheh yezza ^^

Piket

ooooo Arini ader piket la kat bawah tu....nk mtk bonus lebih kata nyer...
Saya pon tidak tahu..betul ke tak....yg pasti aku cuma dgr bunyi bising jer.....

Aku tnya bdk2 opis ni....piket tu detail nyepasal aper....
Jawapan nyer senang jer.."u tgk la paper sok...mesti kuar nyer" hehehhe
yer baik laaaaa....sok aku nk tgk dorg berpiket pasal aper.....

Mula2 igt bunyi bising2 tu pasal fire drilll....
Kalu betul pasal fire drill mmg masak la aku...sbb br lepas lunch, mkn kenyang2...nk suruh turun dr 43rd floor ...mmg agak kejam nama nyer tu....
hehehh
so kita tgu esok.....^^

Keje Mlm dan Siang

Pagi ni aku dtg keje,
Tapi Malam ni aku still kne datang keje,
Dengar citer maybe keje sampai kul 4am,
Boleh amek cuti esok arini nyer
Tapi sok aku dh amek cuti awal2 coz nk g genting pagi2......

Bincang2...aku bleh carry forward cuti tu nanti,
Nasib baek dpt cuti free,
Namun Jumaat still kene datang keje,
Then malam tu nnt aku still kne standby,
Keje kat opis sorg2 tgh2 mlm....

Klau dpt OT mmg aku suka keje mlm,
Tapi ni keje free sume tanggung sendiri,
Gaji maintain mcm biasa,
Ni la nama nya berkhidmat utk company hahhahah...
